♡ SHIPPING & ORDERS ♡

Q: New Drop! Just Placed my order! What now?
A: The estimated time for processing, shipping and arrival is approximately 1-2 weeks. At the moment I do not deal with a big volume of orders when a new drop is launched, we do our best to fulfill the order as soon as we can! We are only t1-2 people fulfilling orders. Thank you for your patience and support! 

Q: I'm missing half my order, where is the rest?
A: Sometimes orders that contain different types of products may be shipped in separate packages, depending on outsource factors.

Q: I have an issue with my order, What can I do?
A: Please contact us directly through the shop website, email or my Instagram Profile. Do not use Discord/Twitter/ Facebook any other programs to Inquire about orders/ order status. 

Q: Wrong Address?
A: This tends to happen sometimes- if this happens, Please contact us as soon as possible to update your address, there is a 24hr window period to update addresses before it goes into production, once it goes into the processing phase there is little can be done. Any extra cost for delivery must be covered by the consumer. (This does not apply to Digital Prints)

Q: Is Studio Tanuki available for Commissions?
A: Currently Tiffany (Tattoo.Waifu) is available for commissions however for limited spots since she is busy with tattooing. you are always welcome to send an inquiry through our contact form or through Instagram, When you do- please include a description and a deadline. Thank you!
